She’s perpetually youthful, playful, and responsible. When you look at her, it’s hard to believe Karla DeWitt has decades of experience caring for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, seniors, and entire families.
Karla began her journey as a teenager, becoming the local go-to babysitter. Shortly after graduating, she moved from Michigan to the east coast and began working as a full-time nanny. Several years later, equipped with understanding and experience, she returned to Michigan, purchased a home, and launched her own business. For more than 10 years she provided home-based day care and a quality preschool program.
Karla then settled in Denver, Colorado. At first she was helping several families with nanny-care until she was hired as nanny/household manager for one family. She helped run their home for eight and a half years, starting with caring for the expectant mother and then their daughter. Karla orchestrated all things household, including meals, laundry, and managing a diversity of domestic contractors.
Today, Karla uses her experience to provide top-notch care to families in Fort Myers, Florida. She is skilled, comfortable, and confident. Her many certifications make her prepared and competent in all areas of care—home services, senior assistance, child care, and beyond.
